TINOLANG MANOK WITH MALUNGGAY
In our backyard we have tree of malunggay , and when i cook tinola i used it beside sayote. Others use papaya as alternative but i don't like papaya so i used sayote instead.It taste so good when you put a bunch of leaves of malunggay.Malunggay is very good in our body, a nutritional value and herbal medicine as well. It is also anti- bacterial, anti cancer and anti infectius for diseases.Also use popularly for nursing mothers and used to combat for malnutrition among infants.Malunggay leaves can be eaten in raw and can be cooked together with other vegetables as well.
